Returns & Cancellations


We only exchange goods if they are defective, damaged or lost in transit. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us on with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.



Order once placed cannot be cancelled as all order are prepared immediately, you can write to our customer support team on if we can offer something. In case the order is cancelled, the money will be refunded to you within 72 business hours after the cancellation request. There can be payment fee applicable in such cases. 



At MySequin, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products.

Because these products are personalized, we cannot offer a refund once the photo is printed on product it will be of no use for us. 

It is required that you are not accepting damaged packages when received from courier company so that we can claim insurance on it. We won't be able to claim for it if you have accepted the shipment and we will not be able to provide any return/refund or exchange.

It is also required and highly recommended for you to do an unboxing video while opening the package to make sure that product was not damaged due to courier company fault and we are able to easily fix it for you. If there is no unboxing video, your claim may be rejected and/or it may take time for us to get it fixed.  

If there is still a defect in product, we are happy to fix that for you as per the exchange policy mentioned above.

There is no warranty or replacement of electronic products. But If you have received a broken or damaged item and LED or Bluetooth is not working after charging, please email us within 24 hours after the delivery. We'll fix that for you. But if you failed to update us within 24 hours, we are very sorry, we can not offer you a replacement or exchange. 

Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.

During peak seasons please allow up to 15-18 business days for your return to process.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.
